What happens when someone calls and I miss it?

On the Autopilot plan your ads carry a storm line — a dedicated tracked number that forwards straight to you and logs callers with their real number. Miss a call and rescue sends the caller one text back in your company’s name; it ships off, and you switch it on in Settings. The caller’s reply lands in your Lead Inbox and reaches you by email. Calls forward from day one; text-backs start once the number’s texting approval completes.

Missed-call rescue

When your storm line rings and nobody answers, the caller gets one text back — so they call you back instead of the next roofer. One text per missed call, never more than one per caller in 24 hours, and a caller who replies STOP is never texted again.

The text a missed caller receives

{Company} becomes your company name. No links, no prices, no promotions — this is a service reply to someone who just called you, and keeping it that way is what makes sending it legal.

Quiet hours: nothing is sent outside 9 AM–8 PM (from noon on Sundays), in the CALLER's own time zone — not yours. A call missed at 11 PM is not dropped: the text waits and goes out when the window opens, saying you missed the call last night.
